About AurellixPay
What is AurellixPay?
AurellixPay is a compliant stablecoin aggregate payment platform. We focus on providing one-stop crypto payment solutions for merchants such as cross-border e-commerce, Web3 projects, gaming platforms, and payment companies. We flexibly integrate with over 40 major fiat currencies, digital currencies, and payment channels worldwide, providing secure and efficient "on-ramp" (fiat-to-crypto) and "off-ramp" (crypto-to-fiat) services.
What are the core advantages of AurellixPay?
- Compliance & Security: The platform operates in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring the safety of funds.
- Efficiency & Stability: Fast payment processing, especially in the "user pays fiat, merchant receives stablecoin" mode, where stablecoin credit can be completed within 16 seconds.
- Global Coverage: Supports 40+ fiat currencies and various localized payment methods (such as credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional e-wallets).
- Zero-Barrier Access: No security deposit or rolling reserve is required.

Payment and Collection
What payment/collection methods does AurellixPay provide?
We primarily provide three modes:
- Digital Currency Payment: Users pay stablecoins like USDT, USDC directly to you, and you receive stablecoins directly. This method does not require identity verification for the payer.
- Fiat Payment (Full KYC): Users pay in fiat (e.g., USD, EUR), and you receive equivalent stablecoins. This method requires the payer to complete passport verification (KYC).
- Fiat Payment (Micro-payment without certification): Users pay in fiat (under $1000), and you receive stablecoins. This method is KYC-free for the user, but requires the merchant to complete robust KYB (Business Verification).
What methods can users use to pay?
Users can use Visa/Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various regional local electronic payment methods we support (such as popular wallets in Southeast Asia, South America, etc.).
How fast can users pay fiat and we receive stablecoins?
Very fast. Typically, funds complete the stablecoin credit from user payment to your wallet address within 16 seconds.
Which blockchains can we choose for collection?
You can choose major blockchain networks to receive stablecoins according to your needs. Currently, we support BNB Chain (BSC), Polygon, Arbitrum, TON, etc., and more network options will be added in the future.
KYC (User Verification) & KYB (Merchant Verification)
Under what circumstances do payers need to undergo KYC (Real-name verification)?
Only in the second payment mode (user pays fiat, you receive stablecoins), and when a single transaction amount exceeds $1000, is the payer required to complete KYC (Real-name verification, usually by providing valid ID like a passport). Mode 1 and Mode 3 (micro-payments) do not require user-side KYC.
What is "Micro-payment without certification"? What are the conditions?
For fiat payments under $1000 per transaction, users can skip the cumbersome KYC process and pay directly. The prerequisite for enabling this feature is that the merchant must pass AurellixPay's robust KYB (Enterprise Identity Verification).
Fees and Settlement
How does AurellixPay charge?
Our fee model is very transparent and divided into two parts:
- Pay-in: For fiat payments (Modes 2 and 3 above), we charge merchants a 1% (one percent) collection service fee.
- Example: If a user pays 100 USDC, the stablecoin amount received by the merchant will be the amount after deducting the 1% processing fee (i.e., $99 equivalent in USDC).
- Pay-out: When you withdraw funds from your AurellixPay merchant account to your designated external wallet address, we charge a service fee of approximately 1.5% (varying slightly depending on the industry type).
Are there any other hidden fees?
No. We promise a simple and transparent fee structure. The fees you need to pay are the collection service fee (1%) and the payout service fee (approx. 1.5%), with no other hidden costs.
What is the settlement cycle? What does D0 mean?
We provide D0 (Same-day settlement) service. This means you can initiate withdrawal settlement applications at any time, 24 hours a day, all year round. Funds are processed immediately with no waiting period, greatly improving your capital liquidity.
